Dr. Shade’s Bitter X is a high-concentrate, liposomal blend of 4 powerhouse bitter herbs: Dandelion, Gentian root, Solidago, and Myrrh to help support optimal digestion and detoxification.

Gluten, Non GMO, Sugar, Soy Protein & Animal Product.

Take 1-2 pumps by mouth three times daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing.
Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Email our Customer Success team (info@mypuremarket.com) to inform us of your intent to return and receive a return authorization.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or call tags.
3. Shipping Address: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent to the return address provided during your return authorization process.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our receiving department to confirm it meets the return criteria (unopened and undamaged), a refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products that are opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
• Products returned beyond the 30-day window.
